Dog Howl o ween Pawty in Little Italy

Today was great! We got the dogs all dressed up and went to Little Italy in downtown San Diego to attend the annual Dog Howl o ween Pawty. There were so many people and dogs of all likes, all dressed up in the craziest costumes imaginable.

There was an cat walk (ironic I know) set up for the costume contest. We entered Buddha and Maggie in the contest. Surprisingly Buddha won as a runner up. The prize was a big gift basket donated by one of the dog boutique stores downtown.

Here is Buddha dressed in his award winning "Sir Barks-alot" costume.

Maggie was also done up as a French Maid, bonnet included. She didn't win any awards but was so cute and well behaved.

Brittany won a gift basket from Horton Plaza in a raffle draing as well. Lots of good stuff in there.

While walking in Little Italy we met up with Buddha's new friend named "Chopsticks" (another Pekingese)

Dog Beach for da Bitches

I thought that it was so cute that there is a beach just for doggies! We took our bitch Maggie and the Buddha boy to enjoy a day at the beach. We were the proud parents watching our children (dogs) find and make friends. We're sad to say that our dogs are a little anti social. Buddha just wanders around sniffing everything not aknowledging any dogs that come up to him and Maggie won't leave our side. But it is so fun to watch all the dogs running around. I just thought it was the cutest and funniest thing! There are a lot of places to take dogs here in the S.D. and since we don't have kids yet we are loving doing it with the next best thing (our dogs).

Buddha has his own agenda

Maggie is beach certified (because she will go in the water and play).

Padres Fans

Our new home is 3 blocks from Petco Park where the San Diego Padres play. We are so excited to be able to become fans of a major league team. We have already gone to 4 games and gee has it been FUN!! When ever I would watch baseball on TV I thought it was such a bore but going to the game is so much more exciting! So we are proud to say we are true fans now!

Take me out to the Ball Game!

Evolutions of Dance is a big hit.....again!

Brittany is performing again this year in the hit production "Rick Robison's Evolutions of Dance" which is at the Scera theater.

I personally have seen the show about four times now, and I must say that each time I see it I am more and more thrilled to see such incredible dancing. The show has Ballroom, jazz, swing, hip hop, break dancing and various other types of dance and entertainment.

The is always a big hit in the valley. You can read an article written about the show that was in the Deseret News by clicking here.

Another very entertaining peice of the show was the personality and musician Jacob Luttrel

Lehi Project Update

Yesterday G Code Ventures unveild the density model and master plan of the project in Lehi that Frank Gehry is designing.

I was there to support Brandt and his ambitious project.

I can't wait to watch the progress of the project. It will be the most substantial investment in the state of Utah.

Props to Brandt, you've got class brotha!
