One of our favorite restaurants is a place called "The Strip Club" right in the heart of The Gaslamp Quarter. It isn't what you think! It's a grill your own steak house, something that is definitely a neat experience. You order your sides that feed 4 people and then they bring you the raw meat ready to be cooked. So when Pops and Chellor came to town we thought this would be the perfect place to take them. For those of you who don't know Pops let me fill you in, he is a natural born chef-boy-ar-dee. When we lived in Utah he would always whip us up spectacular meals, and a lot of them came straight from the BBQ grill. So when we went out we had to ask him to cook our meat for us. And it was spectacular!!! Thanks guys for a delish dish!!
